Tadacip Tadalafil Tablets (cialis) IP 20mg – 5 tablets

Main usage:

Tadacip tablets 20mg, more commonly known as Cialis, are primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. This is a problem in which they are unable to achieve an erect penis, which is caused due to insufficient blood flow. This problem is more common than believed and effects around 52% of male population worldwide.

The solution:

In layman language, Tadacip 20 is designed to relax the blood vessels in the penis, which increases the blood flow. The main catch is, this medicine only works when the patient is sexually aroused. Medically speaking, 20 mg tablet contains tadalafil, which works directly on the erectile tissue of the penis. During sexual stimulation, there is a release of nitric oxide into the erectile tissue of the penis, which in turn activates the guanylate cyclase enzyme. This enzyme then increases the secretion of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which in turn relaxes the blood vessels around the penis and lets the blood to flow more freely. Another chemical, phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), then breaks down cGMP, which cases low blood flow into the penis and this causes loss of erection. Tadacip 20 comes into action at this point. It is designed to inhibit the action of PDE5 and activates the action of the cGMP mechanism.

Main components:

Tadacip tablet contains the tadalafil (20mg), which improves the blood flow to the penis. 

Recommended dosage:

The recommended dosage of this medicine is once per day. It is designed to be taken between the time frame of about half an hour to 36 hours, prior to the sexual activity. It is highly designed to allow the patients to choose their optimal time of interest in consuming it. The dosage can also be lowered to 10 mg. it is purely based on the individual’s response and tolerability for the medicine. You may or may not eat before and/or after it; it can be consumed regardless of food. It should only be consumed when the patient is planning to engage in sexual activities. This medicine is strictly not designed as a regular medication. 

Possible Side Effects:

The most commonly seen side effects of Tadacip 20 are headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness or light-headedness, dyspepsia (heartburn), and nausea. The less common ones are visual disturbance, watery eyes, and changes in blood pressure, sleepiness, shortness of breath, joint pain, and weakness. 

Not recommended to use when:

1. You are allergic to tadalafil or any other component in this medicine.
2. You are taking any other nitrate medication, likes nitroglycerin. This may lead to severely low blood pressure.
3. You have any form of liver or kidney disease.
4. You have an eye disease NAION. Taking this med can lead to loss of vision.
5. You are an alcoholic or drink a lot grapefruit juice.
6. You have a condition like cardiovascular or heart problems
7. You have had a heart attack or a stroke in the past six months
8. You have very low or high blood pressure
9. You are taking medication that can react with Tadacip 20

Medications that react with Tadacip 20:

1. Any nitrate medication, like nitroglycerin and glyceryl trinitrate
2. Antibiotics like erythromycin and rifampicin
3. Antifungals like itraconazole or ketaconazole
4. Antacids, ritonavir or saquinavir
5. Alpha-blockers like doxazosin
6. Tamsulosin and prazosin nitrates

Best way to store:

Tadacip should be stored 20 below 25°C in a cool and dry place.
